Release of open-source PHP compiler for .NET 4.0 - Phalanger:

takes advantage of .NET 4.0 polymorphic inline cache which boosts performance of common web by about 7%
fixes several bugs and enhances compatibility with latest Mono 2.10.2
improves compile time analysis

New version of Phalanger Tools for Visual Studio 2010 included

plenty of bugs fixed
faster code analysis
added performance warnings during code compilation which can help you to speedup your PHP code
added drag&drop feature to easily add files/folders to your Phalanger project in the solution explorer
added project property settings for signing resulting assemblies

Note if you need Phalanger running on .NET 2.0, please use Phalanger 2.0.
To enhance performance of your Phalanger powered application, make use of managed extensions, especially MySQL Managed Extension.
